XCMG / Sany / Zoomlion 2026 Price Increases — Announcements and Analysis

The Chinese crane OEMs — XCMG, Sany, Zoomlion — quietly raised factory prices twice in 2025 and once again in early 2026. Aggregate effect on new-unit pricing: 8–14%, depending on model. Here's what each announced and how it hits UAE-imported units.

XCMG

• Q2 2025: 3.5% across the crane lineup.
• Q4 2025: 4.0% on all-terrain SAC / XCA series.
• Q1 2026: 2.5% on 100T+ models; 3.0% on newer XCT series.
• Cumulative 2025–2026: 8–10% on truck cranes; 10–14% on all-terrain.

Sany

• Q2 2025: 4.0% across STC series.
• Q3 2025: 3.5% on SAC1600 / 2000 / 2200 (all-terrain).
• Q2 2026: 3.0% on all cranes.
• Cumulative: 10–11% on STC; 12–14% on SAC.

Zoomlion

Zoomlion has been more selective — 5% increases on top-tier models, held pricing on legacy models. Total impact ~4–7% cumulative.

UAE list-price impact

For new-unit direct imports, the OEM increases pass through 1:1 minus small negotiation. For used-unit purchases (our main business), the impact is smaller because the OEM price affects the residual "reference price" that our sourcing partners use to value used inventory.

Practical effect for a UAE buyer:

• New XCMG 50T: was AED 720k (2024 landed), now AED 800–830k (2026).
• New Sany STC500: was AED 700k, now AED 780–810k.
• Used 2020–2022 XCMG 50T: was AED 400k, now AED 460–480k (partly OEM pull, partly the drivers we discuss elsewhere).

Negotiating margin at these levels

Chinese seller negotiation windows have tightened. Sellers hold list price harder because they need the margin to cover their own raw-material costs. Our sourcing team's negotiation leverage is:

• Long-term partner relationships (we bring repeat volume).
• Multi-unit orders (buying 3 units at once opens 2–4% negotiation).
• Cash payment vs LC (small discount for immediate wire).
• Off-season timing (better negotiation May–September).
