Already running a crane, telehandler, excavator, loader or dozer that you want to part with? We'll consider it as part-payment against any unit you source through us. Submit a few specs and photos and we'll come back with a valuation. Acceptance and value are at our discretion — but it's a quick conversation, with no obligation either way.

Which unit are you considering buying from us? (optional)

Submission ≠ acceptance. Acceptance, valuation, age and condition of any trade-in are at Al Razzaq's sole discretion. Trade-in valuations are not binding until reflected on a written proforma invoice signed by both parties. See Terms § 17 — Trade-in.

How a trade-in works

You submit specs + photos (this form, or directly on WhatsApp).
We come back with a no-obligation valuation, usually inside 1 working day.
If the number works for you, we offset it against the unit you're buying on the proforma invoice.
On handover of the new unit, we collect the trade-in. We can usually arrange pickup ourselves.

What helps us value fast

Year of manufacture and year of UAE registration if different.
Real engine hours on the meter — a close-up photo of the cluster is worth more than your best estimate.
Recent service / overhaul work, with invoices if you have them.
Any plates: ADNOC fitness, SIRA card on the operator, EIAC inspection certificate.
Honest disclosure of any known fault. We'll find them on inspection anyway, and disclosure speeds up the process.

What we generally won't accept

Units with ADNOC / tier-1 age limits already exceeded (12+ years for cranes), unless paired with a substantial buy.
Major undisclosed structural damage, accident-history units we can't verify.
Units missing critical certifications you can't reproduce.

If we say no, we'll often still buy the unit outright at scrap-plus value. Worth asking.
