How These Units Hand Over

STEP 1

Tell us which unit you want. We'll confirm availability, send any extra walk-around media you ask for, and issue a proforma invoice. Quote validity: 48 hours; weekend quotes re-confirmed Monday.
STEP 2

20% Deposit · Locks Crane

AED 45,000 on order confirmation. Non-refundable. Crane price locks here.
STEP 3

30% Mid-term

AED 67,500 before handover preparation. Cumulative 50% must clear before we begin hayaza paperwork.
STEP 4

50% on Handover · Hayaza Issued

Final AED 112,500 + UAE VAT (5%) on top. Once 100% clears we issue the hayaza (UAE machinery transfer / sale certificate). Handover packet: Bill of Lading-equivalent + customs receipts only — no other detailed documents.
STEP 5

RTA Passing & Registration

RTA passing and registration are the client's responsibility — we'll assist on request. After hayaza issuance you have a 7-day, AED 10,000-cap defect window for unforeseen / undisclosed faults (pre-disclosed faults excluded).
No refunds in any cancellation scenario. If you don't pay on handover, business is concluded and all payments forfeit. If you haven't yet paid the cumulative 50%, you remain liable up to that 50% line. Used goods sold as-is — no warranty. Full terms on the terms page.
